Lindsey Kling

About Me

Lindsey’s love for dance began at a young age and was the catalyst that nurtured the young shy artist into a confident and professional dance instructor. After graduating from Lees McRae College with a Bachelors of Science Degree in both Dance and Performing Arts, Lindsey lived in New York City where she was first introduced to Ballroom and Social dance. This love affair with partner dancing grew from teaching professionally to owning and operating the Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Cary, North Carolina. After moving on from that organization Lindsey created an independent dance company called the Chatham Social Club operating in Chatham County. The Chatham Social Club offers both private and group instruction and social dance parties for the public, creating a social dance presence in Pittsboro and the surrounding areas. Lindsey currently resides in Chatham County with her husband and two daughters. When she is not dancing you can find her spending time in her garden or taking nature walks in the countryside.
